AquaEcoFlow is dedicated to delivering eco-friendly shower solutions to your doorstep with speed and transparency. We operate a central fulfillment hub in Germany to ensure efficient distribution across Europe and the USA.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Processing Time: order processing time (including custom production) is 2-3 business days.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) may be processed the following business day.
Notification: Once your package is handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
3. Estimated Delivery Time and Carrier
Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are expected to arrive within 4-7 business days after shipment.
Reputable Carriers: We partner with leading courier companies in the industry, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to provide you with safe and professional international shipping services.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Compliance: AquaEcoFlow is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on your order.
Responsibility: All costs incurred during or after shipment (customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc.) are borne by the customer.
5. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your payment.
6. TRACKING & LOST PACKAGES
Tracking: All orders include end-to-end tracking. You can monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Lost/Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at neural@aquaecoflow.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
