Welcome to AquaEcoFlow. We are confident in the quality of our water-saving shower heads and are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our return and refund policy below.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Period: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Eligibility for Return: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. All accessories must be returned together.
Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Customized Product Policy

Customized Orders: As customized products are manufactured according to specific customer requirements, they are final sales and cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects or processing errors on our part.
Customized Product Defects or Errors: If the customized product you receive is defective or does not conform to your order specifications, please contact us immediately for a replacement or to seek a solution.

Return Process

Initiate a Return Request: Please contact our customer service team at neural@aquaecoflow.com, providing your order number and reason for return.
Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
Return: Please send all returned items to our fulfillment center: Am Pattberg 23, 47445 Moers, Germany. Time: Please ensure you ship your package within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.

Refund Processing

Inspection: We will process your refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item to confirm its condition.
Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment account via Stripe.For example: Visa, Mastercard, etc.
Arrival Time: We will initiate the refund process within 2-3 business days, but it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
After Shipment: order processing time (including custom production) is 2-3 business days, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return policy upon arrival of the package.

Return Shipping Costs

Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Quality Issues/Wrong Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, AquaEcoFlow will cover the return shipping costs or replace it free of charge.
