3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods securely processed via Stripe.
Security: Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing Time: order processing time (including custom production) is 2-3 business days.
Shipping Estimates: Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.
Liability: While we work closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery, strictly adhering to shipping schedules is subject to courier performance. In the event of significant delays or lost packages, please contact us immediately at neural@aquaecoflow.com so we can assist you with a resolution or claim.

6. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Guarantee: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Condition: To be eligible for a full refund (non-defect cases), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and handling restricted to inspection purposes, and in its original packaging.
Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Process: To start a return, you can contact us at neural@aquaecoflow.com. Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days after inspection.
